Park it right
Park legally, avoid the fine
In Vietnam the pavement (vỉa hè) is for pedestrians first. A few simple habits keep your BuckBike legally parked — and keep you clear of a ticket or a towed scooter.
Use marked parking
Whenever you can, leave the scooter in a designated bay or a shop/hotel parking area. Most venues in Đà Nẵng have one — just ask the staff.
Keep the walkway clear
If you must park on the pavement, tuck the scooter against the inner edge and leave room for people to pass. Never block the whole pavement.
Mind the no-park zones
Don't park on the roadway, on street corners, in front of someone's door, or where you see a no-stopping sign or a painted curb.
Lock it, note the spot
Steering-lock the scooter, take the key, and snap a photo of where you left it. Parking is usually free, but an attended lot is safest downtown.
